Show and Tell
F-Script, Taun Chapman
F-Script for OS X is the missing Objective-C system browser. F-Script lets you introspect and browse just about any live OS X app including your own. The show and tell will demo using F-Script to explore Apple Mail implementation details and modify a live instance of Apple Mail. F-Script can also be embedded in your own apps for faster development and end user scripting.
ReplayKit, Kotaro Fujita
A quick demo of a simple way to implement a feature that can record your gameplay sessions (and apps?) and share them with your friends.
Client App Demo: caresinQ, Tom Piarulli
Tom will demo caresinQ, a platform that’s changing the way healthcare companies serve clients from inside their own home.
Legal compliance is a daunting subject for any developer, especially when it involves the protection of individual’s private health information. Tom Piarulli will share his experiences and insights leading a development team on a built-from-scratch HIPAA compliant application. While it may seem like an industry reserved for large studios and corporations, with the right knowledge anyone can contribute to one of the most important technological revolutions of our day.
Philly CocoaHeads is the Philadelphia area Mac and iPhone programming group, a chapter of the worldwide CocoaHeads. All skill levels are welcome. The only requirement is an interest in Apple-related technologies and moderate tolerance for geeking out.
The main presentation-style meeting is the second Thursday of every month. We also hold a Side Project Saturday events as well as educational workshops. For more on our events see our Meetup page:
